In the last couple of weeks, the staff at North Side has begun to use this web-application entitled Basecamp. This program allows people to look at to-do lists, milestones, collaborate, upload files, send messages, etc. It allows our staff who is in a thousand different directions to stay on task and stay together. This tool could be used for anyone who is trying to stay together with a group of people on a project.
There is a free version of it with just one project or you can buy more space. Anyone who is trying to better use their time spent with a team, this is a great tool.
I read a book last week that had a line that caused for this project: “Continual growth in a church can not be sustained in chaos.”
