“We can’t change our circumstances, but God can use our circumstances to change us.” That line was the Big Idea for a message I preached a few Sundays ago at North Side on nothing wasted. I was so encouraged to hear that our study in the passage of Romans 8:28 was able to help so many people out.
I remember that I was in sixth grade when Romans 8 changed my life at RA camp. I will never forget having my Bible open at Romans 8 next to my bunk so I could read it over and over again that “God causes all things to work together for the good of those who love God and who are called according to his purpose” (Romans 8:28).
Gary Moore is one of my dear friends at North Side for many years. He is an amazing photographer and weekly puts an encouraging thought to a picture he has taken (Side note: find your passion and use if for the Kingdom).
