It was founded by Linda Kaplan Thaler, who serves as CEO and Robin Koval, who serves as the president. The two have written two books on marketing together. US Billings are in excess of US$230 million. The agency is owned by the Publicis Group. It is perhaps best known for the AFLAC Duck and for the Clairol Herbal Essence “Organic Experience.”
