Today, I am writing asking you to consider joining one of our Sunday morning tech teams. As the need is growing, I want to have 4 teams full of volunteers who serve one week a month. With the growing needs, I need volunteers to come to practice on Wednesday evening and Sunday morning. If you can’t be there on Wednesday, it makes things difficult on Sunday.
With that being said, I am wanting to start a revamped team/practice system starting in September. If you are able and willing to help at this season in your life, this is what I need you to do:
1. Send me an email at travis@northsidebc.org.
2. In your response, tell me what position is your top two selections from this list (we can teach you on Wednesdays – don’t worry about the learning curve): audio, lights, backwall projectionist, camera, video switcher, lyric projectionist, background projectionist).
3. Tell me how many weeks a month would you like to be involved (1, 2, 3, or all).
4. If you would like a specific week of the month, please designate that by a 1, 2, 3, or 4.
And that’s it! I would love for you to join our team or continue on our team, whatever the case may be. I appreciate your service to Jesus and the church, and if you are too committed now, that is all good, but if you can think of anyone who needs a place to plug in, send them my way.
