Pastors need encouragement and motivation too.
At times throughout my ministry, I have benefited from the pastoring of other pastors. It is an incredible thing to be able to learn from one another, encourage one another, and be led by one another to catch an idea to implement within our local congregations.
I have been asked by other church leaders if it is OK to bring worship teams, ministry groups, pastoral staffs, classes, youth groups, etc. to “The Word” next week. The answer is absolutely! We are humbled that you would desire to come!
We love hearing about how God is using other churches and it inspires us, so if we can do anything in the slightest to encourage you, we would be honored!
Maybe something we do that night will inspire you to do something unique at your own church. That would be a great way to see the Church at work within local churches!
