Your Job

Great day at North Side as we are nearing the end of Ephesians.  Today’s big idea:

Your Job (Eph. 6:5-9) – For most people, a job is something you endure rather than enjoy.  When we choose to see our performance in our job as an act of worship to God, it not only changes our perspective but probably our level of satisfaction.

Great message from Jeff!  The invitation was a great way to remind ourselves that our jobs are a mission field and none of us are where we are by an accident.

We also spent some time highlighting our Career Care ministry which has had huge success in helping our people get jobs.

Today, we worshiped to:

Loved hearing people worship this morning.  We tried a new arrangement of “All Hail the Power of Jesus’ Name” out this morning.  I wrote a chorus to go along with the song that would hopefully respect the original but also add a little something to it.  The band and singers did a great job putting it all together!

Make sure you join us next week for our final week in Ephesians.  We have a special group that will be helping us lead worship and don’t want you to miss it!
