Today, we started a new series at North Side entitled “Checkup.” Week one focused on “Vital Signs” – how is your personal relationship with Jesus going? Are you living a lifestyle of worship? Great message – you need to listen to it here.
Matt Ware and the Emerge band led worship this morning. These college students, high school students, and Cory (the old guy) did a great job leading me in worship today. I trust their hearts and see their passion. They led with:
- Let God Arise – Chris Tomlin
- Your Name High – Hillsong
- In Christ Alone – Stuart Townend
- You’re Beautiful – Phil Wickham
I am so excited about this series as we look at our personal worship, community, and missions (intimacy, interaction, and impact). Make sure you pick up a Compass and do some personal reading in God’s Word this week and really work on your personal walk.
