That’s right – I’m sending you back to school!
Maybe you won’t be able to enroll in seminary, but have you ever had a subject in Christianity that you wanted to go deeper in?
Have you ever wanted to know more about a certain subject?
Have you ever wanted questions clarified about a subject in our faith?
If so, I want to hear from you. I am doing some planning for training events and resources, and I need your feedback.
Here’s how you can help:
- Seminarians – What class did you take in Christian education that helped you the most?
- Non-seminarians – What have you always wanted to know more about concerning the Christian faith?

I see the value in church history and connecting my understanding of the today's church with the church of history. There really is nothing new under the sun. The same issues we face today were faced a long time ago, and we can learn from the ancient church's victories and defeats. I have noticed a very short sighted view of church history among a lot of Christians. I think in most people's minds we jumped from the Apostles to Billy Graham, and here we are today. Also, a good grasp on fundamental theological concepts would helpful. Perhaps, this could be done while teaching hermeneutics. I remember you taught a class on that one
