At North Side, we focused on prayer this Sunday. Instead of talking about prayer, we wanted to actually pray. So the service was built around prayer.
We studied in John 16 as Christ taught to pray in his name, so our worship time focused on the name above all names.
Today, we worshiped to:
- Your Name – Paul Baloche
- Blessed Be Your Name – Matt Redman
- Glorify Thy Name – Donna Adkins
- The Lord’s Prayer – Albert Hay Malotte
As we talked about how to conclude the prayer time, we couldn’t think of a better way to do it then having someone belt out “The Lord’s Prayer.” We were so honored to have Amy Cromer, former North Sider and the current worship leader at Emerald Baptist Church, join us to sing this wonderful expression of these verses.
