Every believer faces temptation, but God has not left us defenseless. Memorize these key passages to find protection through God’s Word and strength for every temptation.

  1. Psalm 119:11 — Treasure God’s Word in your heart to help you resist sin.
  2. Matthew 6:13 — Ask God to protect you from temptation and deliver you from evil.
  3. Matthew 26:41 — Stay spiritually alert and pray because your flesh is weak.
  4. Romans 6:12 — Do not allow sin to rule over your life.
  5. 1 Corinthians 10:13 — God is faithful and always provides a way to endure temptation.
  6. Galatians 5:16 — Walk by the Spirit instead of following sinful desires.
  7. Ephesians 6:11 — Put on God’s armor so you can stand against Satan’s schemes.
  8. 2 Timothy 2:22 — Flee sinful desires and pursue a life of righteousness.
