Psalms [Vol. 3]

June 1, 2026

The Psalms give voice to the full range of human experience, showing how God meets His people in joy, sorrow, and hope. As we walk through these songs, we will learn how to bring every part of our lives before the Lord in worshipful trust.

Foolishness & Faith

Psalm 14:1-7 – David laments a world where people live as if God does not exist. Don’t succumb to the foolishness in this age of unbelief.

Confession & Cleansing

Psalm 51:1-19 – After being confronted over sin, David cries out for mercy and seeks a renewed heart. When you stop hiding and start confessing, God graciously provides the cleansing you cannot produce on your own.

Strength & Shield

Psalm 28:1-9 – Surrounded by threats, David calls on the Lord as his only source of help and protection. If God is your strength and shield, you can face pressures without letting fear define you.

Mornings & Mercies

Psalm 5:1-12 – David begins his day by directing his voice and his trust toward God. Every morning is an opportunity to seek God’s mercy before carrying the weight of the world.

Weeping & Wonder

Psalm 42:1-11 – A discouraged psalmist wrestles with spiritual dryness while longing again for God’s presence. Even in seasons of weeping, hold on to the wonder of the God who meets you in the depths.

Creation & Commands

Psalm 19:1-14 – The heavens declare God’s glory, and His Word reveals His character with perfect clarity. Let His creation inspire awe while His commands lead you toward a life that pleases Him.

Life & Loss

Psalm 116:1-19 – The psalmist celebrates God’s deliverance after coming face-to-face with death. Since loss is inevitable, let it shape the way you trust God with your life.
